How do I order?
Add a piece to your cart and prepare an enquiry draft. Review the message and code in WhatsApp, then send it yourself; the site does not hold a piece or confirm an order. You can also contact us directly on WhatsApp.
Can I pay online?
Online payment is coming soon. The site takes no payment and only prepares a WhatsApp message draft. Ask the atelier directly about price and payment terms.
Why can’t I see prices?
As every piece is made to order with your choices, prices can vary with the stone, colour and size. For pieces without a listed price, just write to us.
Are the pieces in stock?
No. At ANGEL every piece is made for you after you order.
How long does it take to make my order?
It varies by piece and design; it is shared with you when you order.
Can I have my own design made?
Of course. Fill in the short form on the Bespoke page, or tell us your idea directly on WhatsApp.
How are the name and zodiac necklaces personalised?
Just send us your name and your sign; your necklace is made with these two details that are yours alone. We settle the options together when you order.
What is BIADORA?
BIADORA is our pet collection, made for our dearest companions. For a bespoke pendant carrying your companion’s portrait or name, just share their photo on WhatsApp.
Which metals and stones do you use?
Metal and stone details vary by piece. They will be added as they are published on the product pages; until then, ask us about the piece you are interested in.
I don’t know my size. What should I do?
Write to us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will work out how to find your size together.
Do you ship internationally?
Our shipping terms will be published on the Delivery page soon. Ask us on WhatsApp about your country.
