Pieces such as rings and bracelets are made to your size. If you are not sure of your size, write to us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will work out how to find it together.

Many pieces can be personalised, as with the name and zodiac necklaces. Which personal detail can be added depends on the design; we settle the options with you when you order.

We recommend storing your pieces separately so they do not rub against each other. Avoiding direct contact with perfume, creams and chemicals, and wiping your pieces with a soft, dry cloth, helps keep their sparkle.

We assess resizing requests according to the design of the piece. As conditions vary from piece to piece, please write to us first.
